About the Position
We are looking for a Partnerships Specialist to strengthen and expand our ecosystem of strategic partners. This position is exclusively for refugees in Brazil, aiming to promote inclusion and diversity within our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, negotiating agreements, and building strong relationships that drive the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for acquiring and maintaining strategic partnerships;
  
  

• Identify, prospect, and negotiate with new partners;
  
  

• Manage relationships with current partners, ensuring alignment and satisfaction;
  
  

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to optimize partnerships;
  
  

• Monitor performance metrics and generate reports on partnership impact;
  
  

• Represent the company in strategic meetings and events.
  
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Position exclusive to refugees in Brazil (proof of refugee status is required);
  
  

• Proficiency in Portuguese (spoken and written);
  
  

• Fluency in English (other languages are a plus);
  
  

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills;
  
  

• Knowledge in Business Intelligence, data science, and data analysis.
  
  

Desirable Qualifications

  • Academic background or previous experience in International Relations;
    
    

  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in related fields;
    
    

  • International experience.
