ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a Sales Executive with a hunter profile, focused on B2B client acquisition, to identify and convert high-potential business opportunities into long-term partnerships.
This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role, ideal for someone who is passionate about prospecting, building strong relationships from scratch, and closing deals in complex, international environments.
As a Sales Executive at AMORIM, you will play a key role in driving our global commercial expansion by connecting with companies in need of cross-border legal, tax, and advisory solutions.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Your daily tasks will include:
- Prospecting new business clients through outbound calls, emails, social selling, and targeted campaigns
- Develop tailored, consultative proposals aligned with the specific goals of international clients
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using CRM and sales tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding and service delivery process
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and market research
- Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform strategic decisions
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and growth objectives
THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone who thrives in B2B sales, and who brings:
- A proven track record in outbound sales, business development, or new client acquisition
- Strong ability and discipline to prospect new business clients daily through cold outreach, networking, and strategic follow-ups
- A closer mentality with the ability to move opportunities through the pipeline and secure high-value contracts
- Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders in decision-making processes
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a consultative and client-centered approach
- Familiarity with international markets and cross-border service delivery
- High levels of self-motivation, accountability, and focus on performance metrics
- Fluency in English (other languages are a strong advantage)
