Responsibilities

● Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns focused on conversion and audience engagement.
● Define and monitor performance metrics, analyzing data and KPIs for continuous strategy improvement.
● Develop and implement efficient sales funnels, optimizing the customer journey.
● Prepare and analyze campaign performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
● Coordinate and align projects with national and international advertising agencies to ensure brand communication consistency.
● Research market trends and new strategies to optimize campaign results.
● Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure integration between marketing and lead conversion. 

Requirements

● Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
● Advanced or fluent English (mandatory)
● Proven experience in performance marketing and campaign management.
● Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar.
● Knowledge of sales funnel management and customer journey optimization.
● Strong skills in managing and aligning with national and international advertising agencies.
● Analytical and results-oriented profile. 

Preferred Qualifications:

● Previous experience in the legal or international consulting sector.
● Knowledge of marketing automation (HubSpot, RD Station, etc.).
● Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar
