ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Customer Service Analyst with a Post-Sales Focus, you will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, and optimizing customer retention. This position is ideal for a proactive, customer-oriented professional who is eager to support clients after the sales process, ensuring they receive continuous value and a seamless experience.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Your daily tasks will include:
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management – Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients, ensuring a smooth post-sales experience.
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution – Assist in resolving inquiries, complaints, and post-sales concerns, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
- Major degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Professional, volunteer or academic experience with customer experience.
- Innovative vision and adaptability to navigate complex issues.
