ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking an experienced and purpose-driven Organizational Psychologist to lead our initiatives in workplace culture, organizational climate, and strategic people management. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about human behavior in organizational contexts and committed to driving positive cultural and structural impact.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Your daily tasks will include:

• Lead strategic actions to promote a healthy, inclusive, and motivating organizational climate.
• Design and execute engagement strategies based on psychological insights and evidence-based practices.
• Apply psychological principles to improve team dynamics, conflict resolution, and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Develop and implement training programs focused on soft skills, leadership, communication, and resilience.
• Support career development plans and strategies to foster individual and collective growth.
• Analyze organizational data (qualitative and quantitative) to assess needs, risks, and opportunities related to human capital.
• Report findings and recommendations to leadership with a focus on continuous improvement and ROI in people strategies.

THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

• Psychology degree (specialization or emphasis in Organizational Psychology is a plus).
• Solid knowledge of organizational behavior, psychological assessment tools (qualitative and quantitative), and HR metrics.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Professional or volunteer experience in people management and HR-Related tasks.
• Collaborative spirit and the ability to effectively lead projects and work with teams.
• Innovative vision and high emotional intelligence
